WHat means SS i need HELP !

I am Not Croatian. SO i dont know your language its hard to me to found something in this forum or something else. SO i need some english explanation from sobody. I got banned idk for what reasons... Nobody was talking to me first. All of people playing in server knows i am not using any programs. SO i need help somebody explain me what i need to do or unban me please that i can talk with admins in game..... Thanks, NoOffensive. Waiting for fast answer or unban

Wtf how many time i will be banned ??? its 4 time !! All knows i am not botter ! if i played one map very well i got banned from admins who never see me playing ?? what the..... ?? UNban me again....... or tell me what i need to do to not get ban again.....
